Responsibilities

Firmware Development
- Design firmware components for industrial devices and implement product features within assigned technical domains.
Network Protocols
- Develop and validate features involving network protocols such as Ethernet/IP and CIP.
Firmware Debugging
- Perform systematic firmware debugging, defect analysis, and root cause investigation of complex issues.
Software Testing
- Develop unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD-driven quality workflows.
Requirements Analysis
- Analyze requirements and participate in system design and architecture discussions.
Technical Design
- Take ownership of components and features and create high-level and low-level design specifications.
Code Reviews
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with embedded coding and development standards.
System Troubleshooting
- Lead analysis and resolution of complex system-level technical issues.
Agile Delivery
- Participate in Agile and SAFe activities, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Technical Mentoring
- Mentor less experienced engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Technical Decisions
- Contribute to technical decisions and continuously improve development processes.
Global Collaboration

C++ Experience
5+ years of professional experience in C++ development.
Modern C++
- Advanced knowledge of modern C++17/20 and current development best practices.
Programming Fundamentals
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
Concurrency & Memory
- In-depth understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management.
C++ Technologies
- Strong knowledge of STL, templates, smart pointers, RAII, and move semantics.
Software Architecture
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and scalable, maintainable code.
Linux/Unix
- Strong professional experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
Development Tooling
- Experience with Git, CMake, and CI/CD.
Performance Optimization
- Ability to debug complex issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize applications.
Software Testing
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development practices.
