Rotational Chef – Oyster 885 - Pacific - Open to couples

An Oyster 885 sailing yacht is seeking a Chef to join a busy and exciting private program from mid-November.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join an active owner program embarking on an incredible world cruising itinerary. Following a short refit period in the UK, the yacht will head to the Caribbean, transit the Panama Canal, cruise the Pacific, spend time in Hawaii, and continue onwards for the next 2 years.

The owners enjoy fresh, varied and beautifully presented food, with a preference for modern American cuisine alongside a wide range of international flavours. The program is predominantly just the 2 owners onboard but sometimes with an extra 2-4 guests.

The ideal candidate will be an organised and adaptable chef who enjoys cooking across a variety of cuisines and can comfortably tailor menus to different occasions. A positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work closely within a small, professional crew are essential.

This is a rotational position, currently operating on 2:2, with some flexibility required during the Pacific itinerary. Applications are welcomed from single candidates or as a couple with a captain partner.

The owners are known for looking after their crew, rewarding longevity through annual reviews, performance bonuses and ongoing professional development, including funding one training course each year.
