Your Task

• Business development in the store with ongoing analysis and reporting of sales results.
• Realization of the sales goals of the salon.
• Active participation in building lasting relationships with customers based on the highest standards of service.
• Build, develop and manage a subordinate sales team (recruitment, engagement, training and development).
• Maintenance of the exposition of goods in accordance with the arrangement standards.
• Creation of schedules, management of team working time.

Your Profile

- Experience working in a managerial position and in customer service - welcome - Attitude towards the realization of ambitious qualitative

and quantitative goals.

• Ability to identify customer needs.
• An inspiring way of influencing others along with a very good organization of own and team work.
• Independence in acting and taking responsibility for the decisions made, which goes hand in hand with the ability to react quickly in non-standard situations.
