Strategy Manager (Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management Department)
- Develop corporate strategy and long-term strategic plans, translating market developments and business ambitions into clear strategic choices, priorities and initiatives.
- Turn complex and ambiguous issues into concise recommendations, build alignment among senior stakeholders and help move decisions into execution.
- Prepare analyses for Management Borad and Deutsche Telekom Group leadership, recommendations and storylines on growth, investment, competitive positioning and transformation topics.
- Build market models, forecasts and scenarios, assessing customer, competitor, regulatory, technology and financial implications.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects with commercial, technology, finance, regulatory, legal, customer experience and other teams.
- Evaluate M&A, investment and partnership opportunities, including strategic fit, market attractiveness, commercial due diligence, business cases, synergies, risks and integration implications.
- Shape selected product and commercial strategy topics, including customer propositions, pricing and tariff portfolios, convergence and go-to-market choices.
- Assess emerging growth opportunities such as AI, cloud, data centers, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure, and develop market-entry, investment or partnership recommendations.
- Support the strategic initiatives portfolio management through prioritization, KPI definition, performance tracking, risk escalation and executive reviews. what do you bring?
- At least 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development / M&A or another highly analytical role; experience in telecommunications, technology or related field is an advantage.
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills: you can frame ambiguous questions, develop hypotheses, perform rigorous analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong quantitative and financial capabilities, including market modeling, business cases and advanced use of Excel; excellent PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Experience leading complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders and external advisors.
- Confidence working with C-suite stakeholders and the ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing and in meetings.
- Commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in telecom, technology and evolving customer and market trends.
- A strong ownership mindset, high quality standards and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English.

As part of the Corporate Strategy Unit, you will work on the most important questions facing T-Mobile Polska. Reporting directly to the CEO, our team supports the Management Board and senior leadership in making choices on where to compete, how to win and where to invest.
We combine corporate strategy, market intelligence, M&A and strategic initiative governance. We challenge assumptions, translate complex market and technology developments into clear recommendations and help move selected priorities from analysis to decision and execution. The role offers exposure to core telecom, digital infrastructure, AI, cloud, data centers, cybersecurity and other growth areas.
