As a Product & Pricing Domain Expert, you will provide business-process and solution expertise for the global Product Catalogue and Pricing digital product domain. Based in Barcelona and part of OS&S Trans-form & Digital, Solution Design - Sales & Marketing, the role supports the Digital Product Owner in defining, extending and adopting the Product Information Management (PIM) and Pricing Tool capabilities across OMN, OSM and OPP. The role connects business users, Global Process Owners, product management and technical delivery teams to translate pricing, catalogue and commercial requirements into standardized pro-cesses, solution roadmaps and measurable business value
Main Accountabilities

Act as the domain expert for Product Catalogue and Pricing, supporting the Digital Product Owner with product strategy, roadmap definition, backlog refinement, prioritization and value realization.

Analyze, design and improve complex end-to-end processes covering product information, product content, catalogue governance, B2B price setting, new business and renewal pricing, margin calculation, approval workflows and price optimization.

Facilitate collaboration between business users, Global Process Owners, regional stakeholders and Transform & Digital delivery teams to ensure continuity, standardization and scalable product development aligned with com-pany objectives.

Translate business needs into process models, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements and an actionable information-system evolution roadmap.

Provide functional leadership for PIM and Pricing Tool implementations and extensions, including integrations with SAP SD-LE, Salesforce CPQ/CRM, Pricefx, ERP, eCommerce, product master data and analytics platforms.

Advise on B2B pricing strategy, value-based pricing, price governance, margin optimization, segmentation, dis-count structures, renewals and exception-management processes.

Lead or support fit-gap assessments, solution design workshops, process simulations, proofs of concept, testing, deployment, data migration, training and adoption activities.

Drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement by integrating new processes with existing workflows, documenting impacts and communicating changes to affected business and system teams.

Maintain complete and auditable documentation for business processes, functional designs, configuration decisions, interfaces, controls, operating procedures and training materials.

Support service transition and continuous improvement by working with the Service Manager on incidents, recurring defects, user behavior, adoption barriers and operational feedback that should influence the product back-log.

Act as an internal consultant, promote best practices and knowledge sharing, and coach less experienced colleagues or external implementation partners when required.

Support project delivery management when needed, including work planning, dependency identification, risk escalation, vendor coordination and progress reporting. Qualifications and Skills =============================

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably 7–10 years, in digital solutions, commercial process design or enterprise implementations.

Technologies: Proven experience with at least one of the following: SAP SD-LE, Salesforce CPQ, Pricefx or a comparable enterprise pricing/PIM solution.

Domainexpertise: Strong knowledge of B2B pricing and/or Product Catalogue management, including value-based pricing, margin optimization, discount governance, PIM, product master data, taxonomy and data quality.

Business analysis: Strong process analysis, requirements engineering, solution design and roadmap capabilities, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable technology solutions.

Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills in an international matrix organization.

Delivery: Practical experience with Agile, hybrid and traditional project methodologies. Integration experience across pricing, PIM, SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce or analytics platforms is beneficial.

Languages: Excellent written and spoken English is required. Spanish is strongly preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
