nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and organized Banqueting Supervisor who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be responsible for creating nhow experiences for every contact person and every guest. The hotel has 10 modern meeting spaces located on the 23rd and 24th floor, with stunning 360° views of Amsterdam. In collaboration with the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre, we help facilitating smaller team meetings, presentations, after-parties, social gathering, product launches, and much more. The M&E Operations/ Banqueting team is small but mighty. It is led by the Banqueting Manager, Banqueting Supervisor, and a group of 3-4 colleagues. The team is international and very dedicated to making their guests feel welcome and happy with the events.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

• Oversee the daily operation of the Meeting & Events Department and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and support the Meeting & Events team in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement and performance.
• Bring the unique "nhow" spirit to life by exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
• Manage departmental scheduling and administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• This role is a great next step for an experienced Food & Beverage professional or a Supervisor ready to further develop their leadership career.
• You are flexible and comfortable working a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• You have previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy interacting with people.
• You remain calm under pressure, take initiative, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have a good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
