We are seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Product Owner AI/ML to own and shape the AI and Machine Learning product portfolio for Global Procurement.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Own and continuously shape the Procurement AI/ML product roadmap and portfolio backlog, ensuring priorities reflect strategic business value, feasibility, risk, adoption potential and enterprise alignment
- Translate high-value Procurement opportunities into clear AI/ML product concepts, business cases, outcome hypotheses, user stories, acceptance criteria and adoption measures
- Drive delivery of products leveraging Agentic AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics and automation, in close partnership with technical delivery owners
- Act as business owner for selected AI/ML initiatives in the Procurement context, ensuring solutions address relevant process needs, decision points and adoption requirements
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT and enterprise Data & Analytics teams where required to ensure responsible, secure and governed use of AI in business processes
- Partner closely with data, AI, engineering and enterprise technology specialists to translate business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Act as Scrum Master when needed, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, supporting team coordination and maintaining delivery cadence where no dedicated Scrum Master is assigned
- Coordinate release readiness, user acceptance testing, go-to-market planning, adoption communication, training inputs and handover requirements for AI/ML products and services
- Plan, run and continuously improve AI communities of practice in the Procurement organization, including agendas, stakeholder engagement, practical use-case sharing, adoption support and follow-up actions
- Contribute to AI capability building through practical playbooks, demos, office hours, stakeholder education and community engagement, with content grounded in relevant business use cases Your Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including significant product ownership or product management experience for AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation or technology-enabled business products in complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience owning complex product backlogs, roadmaps and delivery priorities for AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation or technology-enabled business products
- Strong Agile and Scrum experience, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, delivery governance and acting as Scrum Master when needed
- Demonstrated ability to turn business problems into AI/ML product concepts, success measures, adoption plans and value realization approaches
- Strong senior-stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, change management and user adoption skills, with the ability to influence across business, data, AI and IT teams without direct authority
- Experience planning, running or scaling AI communities of practice, capability-building programs or cross-functional innovation forums Also Good to Have
- Experience applying AI/ML, analytics or automation in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance or other enterprise functions with complex data, process and stakeholder environments
- Exposure to SQL, Python, PySpark, APIs, systems integration, cloud-based Data & AI platforms or BI platforms, sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical experts and challenge feasibility assumptions
- Experience working in regulated, global or matrixed organizations where business ownership, IT delivery, platform governance and adoption accountability are shared across teams How We’ll Take Care of You
