A Proactive Professional: An individual with the ability to plan, organise, use their own initiative, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

HR and Compliance Expertise: Someone with experience in performing administrative tasks, a working knowledge of HR administration principles, and the ability to work confidentially with a strong grasp of GDPR.

Excellent Communicator: A strong listener with effective written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies.

Tech-Savvy: A candidate experienced with ICT, especially Google Suite and/or MS Office, and familiar with accounting software and school management information systems.

Financial Awareness: A professional who possesses a working knowledge of ethical practice surrounding the management of public finances.

The ideal Regional Administrator will be someone who is:

Educated to GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in English and Maths.

Confident in working independently and as part of a shared-service model supporting several academies.

Committed to upholding and promoting the ethos and values of the schools and trust.

Dedicated to safeguarding, including Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, and inclusion.
