Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid — 70% remote and 30% on-site

Rate Between €2700 - 3000 RV or unipessoal (gross value)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee complex projects and the end-to-end execution of business deals in a technology or services environment. You will coordinate operational readiness, delivery and partner engagement, leading cross-functional teams through a structured project management approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract operationalization, ensuring all internal requirements are met before execution.
• Oversee order fulfilment and perform quality checks on manual entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the main partner contact, providing progress updates and managing delivery or billing disputes.
• Monitor telco implementation projects through validation, execution and closure, managing changes, risks, constraints and client follow-up.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports and KPI updates, maintaining complete documentation in an organized repository.
• Lead and motivate a matrix team of four or more people without direct authority, tracking tasks, deadlines and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including complex projects or deals, ideally in technology or services.
• Solid IT background, with experience in system integration, data modeling and enterprise architecture.
• Proven proficiency in JIRA for project tracking, issue management and workflow optimization.
• Experience using structured project management methodologies, project management tools and documentation systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with partners and executives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority, prioritize competing tasks and manage time effectively.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
