SAP HANA Cloud Developer

We're looking for an SAP HANA Cloud Developer to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing data models and backend solutions within SAP HANA Cloud to support complex business processes across manufacturing, engineering and operations. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions that drive high-impact analytics in a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data models, pipelines and backend services within SAP HANA Cloud
• Optimize SAP HANA Cloud performance and ensure cost-effective data processing
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by working closely with business analysts
• Migrate or translate data workflows from platforms like Databricks, Alteryx or Knime into SAP HANA Cloud
• Configure and manage HADES list apps related to specific workflow components
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure continuous system performance
• Document technical solutions, maintain version control and follow development best practices
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance, scalability and security of implemented solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP HANA Cloud development and optimization
• Completion of HA300 training considered an advantage
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience in migrating or translating workflows from Databricks, Alteryx or Knime to HANA Cloud
• Familiarity with HADES list apps and SAP cloud-native services
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convert business needs into scalable data solutions
• Strong proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the semiconductor industry considered a strong plus

Nice to have

• Exposure to additional SAP Cloud services or SAP BTP capabilities
• Knowledge of analytics frameworks used in manufacturing and engineering environments
