The opportunity
Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working independently, taking ownership,
and being part of an international organization?
Carlo Gavazzi is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Finance
team in Hadsten on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will support the daily finance operations of our three Danish companies while also
contributing to reporting activities for companies abroad. You will have a broad area of responsibility
covering accounting, payroll, HR administration, and selected administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping and accounting
- Invoicing and creditor payments
- Weekly follow-up on debtors and month-end account statements
- Account reconciliations and VAT reporting
- Supporting monthly reporting and reporting to the parent company
- Preparing annual accounts and documentation for the auditor
- Payroll processing and absence registration
- Personnel administration
- Responsibility for the canteen arrangement and other administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Experience with payroll and personnel administration
- Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with IFS is considered an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English
