- Strong experience in Helix upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, database concepts, and application support.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
Requirements
- Experience working in telecom environments.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience: 5+ years in application/platform administration with proven experience performing Amdocs Helix upgrades and migrations.
