To provide functional support and expand in house capabilities in the areas of logistics systems development and management, project management, IT solution design and administration. This role ensures that the administration, testing, data collection and detailed analysis required for delivering integrated business and information solutions is provided accurately and on time.

This role will report to the European Senior Manager Distribution Systems and it is located in Madrid. While this position is part of an international team supporting the broader Operations Systems of the company, the primary scope of this role is supporting the Madrid Distribution Center.
- Strong SQL knowledge and ability to work with database-driven systems.
- Experience in a Logistic environment and WMS is a plus.

1. WMS Management & Technical Support
- Administer and support the Morpheus WMS platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Work extensively with SQL-based processes to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot incidents.
- Perform system enhancements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
2. Stakeholder Management & Prioritization
- Independently manage and prioritize workload based on business needs and operational impact.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and the WMS vendor.
- Negotiate and align business requirements with vendor capabilities and constraints .
3. Project Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support and coordinate WMS-related projects across multiple departments (Operations, Infrastructure, IT, etc.).
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are aligned across stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for WMS within cross-functional initiatives.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Improve efficiency by automating recurring data processes and system tasks.

5. Participate in Global Business System projects.
- Contribute to the standard CooperVision global release cycle, including analysis, design, test, implementation, support and documentation.
- Facilitate communication, cooperation, and knowledge sharing with the end user community across the regional area and with the other local/regional Business Analysts to ensure a global system
- Participate in the implementation of those systems for local sites and related global operations
