Hotel Operations Support Coordinator
Kinetic Consulting is seeking a Hotel Operations Support Coordinator to assist with the coordination of day-to-day activities for hospitality-related projects.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for candidates based in Spain. The role provides operational and administrative support to help keep hotel projects organised, information accurate and ongoing requests properly followed up.
About the Position
You will work with internal colleagues and hospitality partners to support routine operational activities. The position involves a combination of coordination, communication, documentation and follow-up.
Typical activities include:
- Coordinating incoming operational requests and assigning follow-up actions.
- Maintaining client information, project records and digital documentation.
- Assisting with schedules, task tracking and project updates.
- Preparing spreadsheets, summaries and routine reports.
- Supporting communication with hotel partners and internal teams.
- Following up on outstanding requests and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
- Checking information for completeness and accuracy.
- Organising digital files and maintaining clear project records.
- Providing general support for ongoing hospitality projects.
- Escalating operational issues to the appropriate team member when required.
What We’re Looking For
We are interested in candidates who are reliable, organised and comfortable handling several priorities in a structured environment.
Previous experience in hotel operations, administration, customer support, coordination or project assistance would be useful, although relevant experience from another service-oriented environment may also be considered.
The role requires:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, online platforms and standard office software.
- Clear and professional communication.
- The ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- A practical approach to resolving routine issues.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage.
Remote Working
This position is entirely remote and does not require regular attendance at an office.
Daily communication and coordination will be handled through email, online collaboration platforms and video meetings. Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and a suitable computer for remote work.
Training & Development
New team members will receive an introduction to our working procedures, digital tools and operational processes. Ongoing development opportunities will be available as you become familiar with the role.
Employment Details
