With around three years of relevant experience, you are ready to take on more responsibility and further develop your expertise in business control, forecasting and financial analysis. As a Business Controller, you will support business leaders with financial insights, reporting and forecasting. You will analyse performance, identify trends and translate financial information into practical recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analysing management reports and performance dashboards;
• Monitoring financial and operational KPIs;
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes;
• Performing financial analyses and scenario modelling;
• Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Advising business stakeholders on financial performance;
• Supporting investment analyses and business cases;
• Contributing to the optimisation of reporting processes and controls;
• Working with large datasets and translating them into clear insights;
• Collaborating with colleagues across Finance, Operations, Commercial and other business functions;

As you grow into the role, you will increasingly take ownership of projects and develop your position as a business partner.

You are an analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys understanding how financial performance connects to the wider business. You are curious, proactive and ready to take the next step in your career.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field;
• Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Control, Financial Control, FP&A, Audit or Consultancy;
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Affinity with BI tools, financial systems and data analysis;
• The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• A hands-on and proactive mindset;
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with financial modelling, IFRS, investment analysis, accounting, tax or treasury is considered an advantage.
