Freelance Paid Social Creative Producer

GeistM is looking for a remote freelance creative producer to support our Content & Creative team with the hands-on production of paid-social assets across a variety of brands. You will work from briefs and creative direction supplied by our internal teams, producing statics, short-form videos, UGC edits, variations and platform-specific adaptations.

This is primarily an execution role rather than a creative strategy position. Strong visual judgement, attention to detail and an understanding of paid-social formats are a must.

Core responsibilities

• Create and adapt paid-social statics using tools like Canva.
• Edit short-form and UGC-style video using tools like CapCut.
• Produce variations from approved concepts, hooks, copy and master assets.
• Follow client brand, compliance and platform requirements.
• Incorporate consolidated feedback and maintain clear file versions.
• Manage assigned tasks through our project management tool.

Engagement details

• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Rate based on experience and portfolio.
• Fully remote, with some working-day overlap required with Ireland and/or US Eastern Time.
• Portfolio required, including paid-social statics and short-form video examples.
