We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join strategic digital transformation initiatives focused on travel assistance and medical provider services. You will play a key role in designing user-centered experiences for provider portals, geotracking solutions, and operational platforms, collaborating closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives for complex digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis.
- Create personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive experiences in Figma.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Promote accessibility and inclusive design standards.
- Present design recommendations and influence product decisions based on user needs.
- Contribute to iterative design improvements within Agile environments.
Project Scope
- Enhancement of a Medical Provider Portal for Travel Services.
- Geotracking solution for towing services (Truck Pilot).
- Go&Assist provider mission management.
- Document upload workflows.
- Quotation handling and related user journeys.
Required Experience
- 4 to 7+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.
- Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept to delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
Required Skills
- Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
