YOUR TASKS:
- Active participation in the development of technology projects for MTU RZE and MTU MUC or jointly;
- Focusing topics related to technology development and updating them for TPO road map;
- Control of the budget related to the projects;
- Tryouts connected with project supervision;
- Creating and proposing topics in the MTU Production Technology Road Map - presenting project proposals on the MUC forum
- Depending on the needs, the team will also handle projects that will not be qualified for financing from the technology project budget, and are included in TPOx road maps
- Increase efficiency in the production lines
- Perform (cross industrial) market analysis / market studies of innovative production technologies
- Address suitable solution in respect to cost saving, quality improvement
- Present results in suitable meetings to TPO dept.
- Analyze current processes and address solutions to current problems / process improvement
- Focal Point for new ideas and projects in the field of production technology and automation
- Technical reporting and further agreements to TXT/MUC on a regular basis
- Willingness to travel (RZE-MUC)
APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- Higher technical school (Master of Science as engineer)
- Experience in an industry background (production, assembly or comparable)
- Technical knowledge about production processes (machining, joining, coating, etc.) and/or assembly processes
- Experience in aviation industry or automotive or machine industry
- Experience in project management
- Experience in quality management methods and statistics
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process plans
- English and/or German language on communication level, ability to work with English drawings and standards
- Very good work organization analytical thinking / problem solving / trouble shooting / creative, open minded / non-standard thinking communication skills and ability to work with team members (virtually/internationally)
