Job Overview:
The Associate Quality Ops Specialist utilizes existing operations procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to operations and quality

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Update weekly PMT progress report related to daily activities
- Assist in issuance of IRN to Client
- Update the Audit/NCR/CAR log promptly
- Assist supervision in determining product conformity to customer specifications through independent inspections, daily surveillances, and tests by the Project Quality Plan
- Identify non-conformity for rectification and ensure final resolution
- Assist supervision in appraising product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity, and if non-conformity exists, documentation shall be raised to establish corrective action
- Assist the supervision in coordinating the interface with operations, Certifying Authority, Client, Job Sharing, personnel, and subcontractor, assuring the conformity to project specifications
- Assist supervision in performing field inspections by project specifications and scope of work as noted within the Project Quality Plan/ITPs
- Assist supervision in confirming adherence to applicable procedures and plans by effective audit and surveillance
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma or degree in relevant field of study
- 2+ years of quality control or discipline-related experience in Inspection Proficient with computers and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
