About the role
Our client, one of the world’s most loved online gambling brands, is on the lookout for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning every customer interaction into a positive experience.
You’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers worldwide — assisting with betting, payments, and account queries via Live Chat, email, and phone. Your role will be all about providing solutions, guidance, and a world-class experience every time.
This is a full-time position for someone adaptable, motivated, and ready to work in sync with the sporting calendar. Expect a varied schedule — evenings, weekends, and public holidays — but also the satisfaction of being part of something exciting and dynamic.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish, plus solid English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Calmness under pressure and the ability to multitask like a pro
- Problem-solving initiative and eagerness to take ownership
- Openness to feedback and personal development
- Strong computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial

Relocation package:
- 6 weeks of paid company accommodation
