As a Sales Agent at TrainMore, you’re the voice of the movement. You pick up the phone, jump into WhatsApp and work through the inbox to connect with our members, our free trials and everyone in between. You’re curious about their goals, dreams and routines, and you know exactly how to turn a free trial or a quick question into the their ideal membership.

You’re proactive by nature, sharp with people, and you bring a healthy dose of humour to every conversation. You love a clear target and the buzz of beating it. Your passion for fitness and wellbeing is contagious, and you feel completely at home in the energetic and high pace world of TrainMore.

What will you do?

• Call free-trial leads and other warm leads, and turn great conversations into new members. Expect a high-energy day with plenty of calls.
• Follow up with leads and members on WhatsApp.
• Handle customer tickets: answer questions, solve problems and spot the opportunity behind them.
• Log every call, chat and follow-up in our CRM, with clear notes so the next shift can pick up where you left off.
• Work towards monthly targets for new sales, and keep an eye on your own numbers so you know what’s working.
• Turn what you hear from members into insights, because data is key.

Skills you bring:

• Confident on the phone, and able to keep it friendly and to the point on WhatsApp too.
• Thinking along and asking the right questions before you advise.
• Communication is your second nature: active listening, respect and loads of enthusiasm.
• Result-driven and motivated by targets. You’re not afraid to go for the win.
• Resilient: not every call is a yes, and that doesn’t slow you down. Just like a good workout.
• Organised and precise. Your CRM is always up to date.
• A high-level command of English is a must-have, Dutch is a plus.
