Junior Account Manager B2B, German Market

As a Junior Account Manager B2B for the German market, you’ll help companies surprise their employees, customers and business partners with personalised gifts that truly make an impact. You’ll guide customers from their first idea all the way through to the moment their personalised gifts are delivered. With your enthusiasm, commercial mindset and personal approach, you’ll help make every gifting moment special.

What will you do?

• As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing sales in the German market, with a strong focus on KPIs and targets for revenue, number of gifts and margins.

• From our Campus in Zierikzee, you’ll build strong customer relationships and stay in daily contact with customers via phone, email and online meetings.

• You’ll invest in building strong relationships with existing customers by encouraging repeat purchases and upselling our business propositions, helping to increase customer loyalty.

• You’ll guide customers from the very first conversation about a gifting idea through to after sales service, where you’ll evaluate the gifting moment together.

• Each month, you’ll analyse and discuss progress in your market with your team, paying particular attention to your sales funnel and commercial results.

• During quieter periods, you’ll spend part of your time working on business projects to improve our processes or marketing. You’ll also actively approach new business customers and explore new opportunities within the German market.

Where will you fit in?

You’ll become part of our international E Commerce team, consisting of around twenty colleagues with more than ten different nationalities. Within this team, you’ll work alongside eight enthusiastic B2B colleagues from the Netherlands, Germany and France. English is the main language within the team.

Together, you’ll help companies around the world surprise people with personalised gifts. We celebrate successes together, help each other move forward and keep developing ourselves every day.

Who are you?

• You have around one to two years of experience in a commercial role, or you’re ready to take your next step in sales.

• You’re available for at least 32 hours per week.

• You’re fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• You have a hands on mentality and a track record of achieving sales results.

• Negotiating comes naturally to you. You’re persuasive, confident and know how to stand your ground.

• You’re flexible and don’t get stressed easily.

• You’re results driven, work well with deadlines and take responsibility for your market.

• You have a creative mindset and know how to turn every customer interaction into an opportunity, finding the right gifting solution for every situation.

• You’re a true team player who others can rely on and who takes ownership of their responsibilities.

• You’re able to work from our Campus in Zierikzee.
