- Compensation: €26,000 Gross Base Salary + €4,000 Performance Bonus (Up to €30,000 OTE)
Role OverviewTake on a pivotal position in Barcelona overseeing digital marketing initiatives focused on Google Ads. Designed for specialists who understand the inner workings of the German corporate sector, this role establishes you as a primary growth consultant.You will lead and develop a portfolio of high-value accounts—including emerging tech innovators—in a modern, fast-moving business setting. Your core objective is to cultivate long-term client trust, drive advertising adoption, improve retention, and uncover new revenue channels across your assigned market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Act as the main contact to onboard new corporate accounts and design high-performing PPC advertising plans.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular consultative calls with your portfolio to educate decision-makers, nurture rapport, and spur continuous growth.
- Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Analyze customer business goals to deliver customized, scalable campaign structures that yield fast results.
- CRM & Portfolio Management: Keep account records, interaction logs, and customer touchpoints accurately updated in the CRM system.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and provide account owners with actionable analytical reports and optimization advice.
- Funnel & Content Integration: Guide clients on linking Google Ads to their broader digital sales channels, including audience segmentation and landing page testing.
- Market Feedback Loop: Gather market intelligence and client feedback from the German sector to inform internal marketing and product development.
Candidate Requirements
- Essential Qualifications
- Languages: C1–C2 German proficiency (native-level mastery) alongside professional working command of English.
- Operational Capabilities: Proven skill in managing client accounts independently, prioritizing tasks, and utilizing CRM software effectively.
- Active Communication: Comfortable with phone-centric outreach to connect with executive stakeholders and build strong corporate relationships.
- Tech Savviness: Capability to apply AI tools to daily tasks to evaluate campaign performance and personalize communication.
- Interpersonal & Business Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication, sharp business acumen, persuasive delivery, and a target-driven orientation.
- Specialized Skills for the German Market
- Cultural & Market Insight: Deep understanding of German corporate protocols, organizational hierarchies, agency relationships, and risk-averse decision-making.
- Strategic Positioning: Ability to identify expanding German businesses and weave Google Ads into their long-term marketing strategy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Solid grasp of European data privacy regulations (GDPR) to create strategies that address client privacy considerations.
