Role:
The key objective of this role will be to provide support to the Account Project Delivery Lead (PDL) and PM’s with the regional coordination of the required projects Financial documents flow; (Work orders and PO’s) setting up & implementing process on the regional level. Reporting to the Account Project Delivery Lead (PDL), he/she will be expected to manage the delivery of capital projects financial accuracy in EA and AME Countries and ensure required reporting accuracy and eliminate any Risk of delay in work orders PO’s and payments to vendors to maintain our PMO Financial KPI’s. and contribute to the overall Customer Satisfaction scores .
What You'll DoPrepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and approvals are secured
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track project budgets, forecast spend, and monitor Goods Receipts (GR) and Invoice Receipts (IR)
Maintain the PO and Work Order tracker, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems
Coordinate and manage the flow of financial documentation for capital projects, supporting timely and on-budget delivery
Prepare standard reports, financial analyses, and presentation materials for regular business reviews
Participate proactively in business review meetings, contributing insights and supporting decision-making processes
Update and maintain multiple databases and project management systems with high attention to detail
Support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting in the development of new reporting tools and processes
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (completed or in final stage of completion) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under the guidance of senior colleagues
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Smartsheets is a plus
Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards
Effective communication skills in Business English, both written and spoken, with confidence in taking meeting notes and participating in conference calls
Client-focused mindset with a proactive, open-minded approach and willingness to challenge the status quo
Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently while working collaboratively within a team environment
Interest in or exposure to international business environments, capital works, or multi-project programs is advantageous
