We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to join our Technology PMO and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across business areas, technology teams and countries.
The role is responsible for managing projects end to end, from discovery and planning through development, testing, implementation and closure. Acting as the bridge between Business and Technology, the Project Manager ensures alignment, clear decisions and successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
This position requires strong project-management discipline, senior stakeholder management and sufficient technical understanding to navigate integrations, data flows and dependencies, explain complex topics clearly and resolve delivery issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Business and Technology teams, aligning Business Owners, countries, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance and other impacted stakeholders.
- Support requirements and feature definition, helping Business and countries create clear features and ensuring that scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria and expected outcomes are understood.
- Maintain a global view of the initiative, connecting the different features, teams, countries and releases and facilitating prioritisation and trade-off decisions.
- Understand the technical context, including relevant systems, integrations and data flows, to challenge plans, assess impacts and communicate technical issues to Business.
- Build and maintain the project plan, monitor progress and commitments and proactively address blockers, delays, conflicts and cross-team dependencies.
- Manage the project budget, following actuals, commitments and forecasts, explaining deviations and keeping the financial outlook aligned with the roadmap and releases.
- Coordinate testing and business validation, supporting test planning, execution, defect resolution, acceptance and readiness for implementation and rollout.
- Manage risks, issues and changes, defining mitigation actions, controlling scope and budget impacts and escalating critical topics with context, options and recommendations.
- Manage stakeholders and governance, preparing decision forums, steering committees, action logs and clear status reporting for Business and senior management.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that communicate progress, budget, risks, dependencies, decisions and next steps in a concise and executive way.
- Contribute to PMO continuous improvement, collaborating with other Project Managers to strengthen methodology, tools, templates, governance and ways of working.
