Are you ready?

• Use AI-powered tools confidently for research, event planning, content support, and day-to-day productivity.
• Own the planning and execution of conferences, industry events, sponsorships, trade shows, and webinars.
• Research and identify relevant industry events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Intact’s target audiences and business priorities.
• Coordinate all event-related logistics, including registrations, sponsorship packages, booth requirements, marketing materials, travel arrangements, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to determine which events provide the greatest business value and define clear goals for participation.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver one Intact webinar per month from initial concept through successful execution.
• Identify and coordinate suitable internal subject-matter experts and speakers while ensuring all webinar activities remain on schedule.
• Manage webinar promotion, registrations, presentation materials, hosting, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Track and report on event and webinar performance, including registrations, attendance, engagement levels, and generated leads.
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager with content creation, publishing, campaign execution, and marketing projects across different channels.
• Contribute ideas and continuously look for opportunities to improve marketing processes and results.

Are you the ONE?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or a related field.
• First professional experience in marketing, communications or a similar role is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing, software, and technology.
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance metrics and business impact.
• Fluent in English, German is considered a plus.
