Responsibilities
- Provide application and operational support in production environments.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and L1/L2 support activities.
- Monitor applications and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and Terraform.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support DR / Live Play activities and participate in 24/7 production support (shifts and on-call).
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible and Docker.
- Experience in L1/L2 Application Support, preferably within a banking environment.
- Good understanding of core banking operations and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, CLI, and Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Bash.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Fluent English.
- Relevant certifications are a plus: RH294, CKAD, DO374, Terraform Associate, and Vault Associate.
