About this Position
What you´ll do
- Recognized as Henkel’s EMI expert, with deep expertise in electromagnetic interference at both component and material levels; actively drives the development of breakthrough technologies, intellectual property and technical publications to position Henkel’s EMI solutions
- Regularly shapes strategy and tactical planning, accelerating the adoption of EMI technologies through insights derived from customer interactions, research and early design engagement
- Collaborates with global customer design centers and industry experts to develop and align technology roadmaps
- Engages directly with key customers to identify and translate evolving needs into new business opportunities and customer solutions
- Leads and manages key innovation and application development programs, with a strong understanding of customer needs and emerging technologies
- Proactively drives impact by sharing best practices across teams, technologies, applications and product lines within the strategic business unit
- Leads strategic recommendations, customer engagement, demonstrations, technical training sessions and problem-solving initiatives for EMI technologies
- Builds and leverages strong external networks and partnerships across research institutions, suppliers, OEM and Tier 1 customers and industry bodies
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, with a PhD considered an advantage
- Min. 3 years of professional experience, including proven experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong and demonstrable experience in EMI and electrical engineering, with deep expertise and technical understanding of EMI at the system and component level; additional expertise at the material level (adhesives, coatings) considered a strong benefit
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, customer-focused solutions
- Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivering results
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and cultures
