As an HR IT Advisor – Training Administration, you will support the effective operation of learning systems and training processes within the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team. This role supports the team in implementing learning programs, provides system expertise, and assists leaders in making informed decisions about learning solutions.
Tasks
- Provide support and clarification to business users regarding SuccessFactors LMS
- Manage learning administration and reporting
- Collaborate with the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team to optimize training processes
- Develop business case concepts with a focus on digitalization and standardization
- Monitor training demand and optimize enrollments (managing waitlists, reservations, cancellations)
- Prepare and deliver reports and analyses for Product Managers
- Improve processes and user experience (e.g., enhancing registration emails, standardizing processes)
- Collaborate with the SuccessFactors IT Team and Product Managers to implement LMS solutions
- Handle training administration (participant coordination, attendance lists, reservations, financial closing)
- Support training participants with bookings, cancellations, and logistics
- Assist in marketing activities by providing direct links to events in SuccessFactors
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ year’s experience in LMS and good understanding of Learning Management Systems
- 2+ years’ experience in analyzing and translating business/functional requirements into realization concept
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-confidence and readiness to deliver presentations
- Good understanding of Learning Management Systems
- Fluency in English
- Good MS Excel skills
