We’re looking for a Transformation Office Analyst to help strengthen Aviva's One Aviva Transformation capability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology and stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making and drive positive change across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the delivery of the Transforming Transformation roadmap and wider One Aviva transformation activities
- Maintaining transformation data and portfolio tooling (including Planview) to ensure a single source of truth across Group, Markets and Functions
- Developing and improving dashboards, reporting and management information to provide actionable insights for transformation leaders and senior stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation of governance packs and reports for senior governance forums, including the One Aviva Transformation Committee
- Providing insight and challenge across planning, risk, reporting and change methodologies to support successful delivery outcomes
- Ensuring the consistent application of the Aviva Change Framework (ACF) and Change Management Business Standard (CMBS)
- Supporting risk management activities, identifying trends and highlighting areas requiring attention or intervention
- Developing and implementing automation solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to improve reporting quality, efficiency and transformation productivity
- Working closely with stakeholders across Group, Markets and Functions to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful outputs
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of transformation processes, governance standards and ways of working
What we're looking for?

Experience in transformation, PMO, portfolio management, governance or data analytics roles (approx. 2-5 years)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations

Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar

Experience producing governance materials, management information and reports for senior stakeholders

Knowledge of portfolio management and governance tools such as Planview, PPM systems, Jira or similar platforms

Understanding of risk management, governance and assurance practices within complex organisations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at different levels

A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Experience identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and process optimisation

Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their application within transformation and reporting
-
Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
