We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics System Specialist to join our Business Support team. In this role, you will support daily Order-to-Cash (OTC) and logistics operations and help ensure stable, efficient, and accurate business transactions across SAP and related systems. You will play a key role in supporting the business, resolving operational EDI issues, and contributing to continuous improvements across the supply chain & logistics process.
This is a temporary position. Start date asap until end of 2027.
About the role
As a Supply Chain & Logistics System Specialist, you will support daily customer order and logistics processes while acting as a key point of contact for operational and system-related questions. You will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Master Data, and IT teams to resolve issues, support business users, and improve process performance.
The role combines operational support, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in an international environment.
You will report to Senior Manager Business Support.
Your main tasks will be:

Support daily Order-to-Cash (OTC) and logistics operations in SAP and related business systems.

Monitor and process transactions related to customer orders, deliveries, billing, and master data.

Investigate and resolve operational issues impacting customers, order fulfillment, and logistics execution.

Analyze transactional and integration-related issues and identify root causes.

Troubleshoot order, delivery, inventory, transportation, invoicing, and EDI-related issues.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, IT teams, and integration partners to resolve incidents and improve processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and supporting long-term solutions.
Qualifications

University degree in IT, Engingeering, Economics, or related field.

Good understanding of supply chain and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Experience working with SAP ERP.

Experience investigating transactional issues and applying structured problem-solving methods.

Experience working with EDI processes and integration platforms.

Ability to analyze EDI transactions and troubleshoot interface and data flow issues.

Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and root cause analysis.

Good knowledge in Excel.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered an advantage.

Experience from a manufacturing company is considered an advantage
