A 50m SY is looking for a versatile Sole Chef. This is a dual season yacht with a Mediterranean summer and Caribbean winter program, and some occasional charters.
The owners have had the yacht over 15 years and like to create a family atmosphere on board.
The Chef must be comfortable catering for both relaxed family use and charter guests, adapting to preferences and service requirements. This would suit a calm, organised and versatile chef who enjoys working as part of a close-knit sailing-yacht crew.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht
Sailing-yacht experience preferred
Strong charter experience
Versatile repertoire and confident across a range of cuisines
Comfortable producing both relaxed family-style food and elevated charter menus
Highly organised with strong provisioning and galley-management skills
Positive, flexible and personable
Male and female candidates considered
