JOB DESCRIPTION
The Private Equity team is made up of 15 professionals from 6 nationalities, based across three cities — Madrid (headquarters), New York, and Newport Beach.
We focus on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments. The selected candidate will join the Private Equity team to perform, among others, the following functions:
- Analysis of investment opportunities (primaries, secondaries, and co-investments) and preparation of internal presentations for the team.
- Management of documents such as confidentiality agreements, acquisition offers, subscription agreements, etc.
- Preparation of quarterly reports as well as other marketing materials for current or potential investors.
- Portfolio monitoring of closed investments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The selected candidate should meet the following requirements:
Education and Technical Skills:
- University degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Mathematics, etc.).
- At least 6 months of experience in the finance industry. Previous experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Leveraged Finance / Project Finance / Private Equity / Consulting (Strategy or Big Four), or similar, will be valued.
- International profile and experience (studies abroad, exchange programs, internships abroad, etc.).
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Recent academic transcript must be attached.
