Technical Advocacy
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions and communicate technical complexities to stakeholders
Platform Development
Lead ServiceNow customizations, application configuration, upgrades, releases, and technology deployments
Quality Assurance
Review designs, refine testing scenarios, and ensure applications meet quality and corporate standards
Team Leadership
Lead assignments, mentor team members, and coordinate geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
Documentation
Maintain detailed system documentation covering design, maintenance, disaster recovery, and technical guidance
Architecture Governance
Maintain ServiceNow platform architecture and provide architectural control across product solutions
Data Model Design
Design and develop ServiceNow data model extensions for HRSD, custom modules, and other business requirements
Solution Evaluation
Research alternative solutions and drive cost-effective proposals through architecture review processes
Requirements
ServiceNow Experience
Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow HRSD product experience
ITIL Knowledge
Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies and service management processes
Agile Experience
Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and related delivery practices
Technical Design
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and solution designs
Platform Customization
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, upgrades, and application development
Architecture Knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and architectural governance
Stakeholder Management
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Team Leadership
Experience leading assignments and coordinating distributed teams across different locations
