About Braca Fulfilment
Braca Fulfilment is a growing fulfilment company where we handle the complete order process for our clients, from receiving and storing products to picking, packing and shipping orders.
To support our growing operations, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager who can help coordinate our daily warehouse activities and support our team.
What will you do?
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Manager and help ensure that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently and according to our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities
- Supporting and guiding warehouse employees
- Dividing tasks and monitoring daily workload
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed and shipped correctly and on time
- Monitoring quality and productivity
- Ensuring employees follow company procedures and working standards
- Identifying and solving operational issues
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Reporting important issues and progress to the Manager
- Taking over daily operational responsibilities when the Manager is unavailable
Who are we looking for?

- Comfortable guiding and motivating a team
- Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
- Solution-oriented and able to make decisions
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experienced in logistics, fulfilment or warehouse operations (preferred)
- Able to communicate well in English, Dutch is a plus
Previous management experience is an advantage, but the right attitude, responsibility and willingness to learn are just as important.
