Responsibilities:
Lead innovation and product development projects from concept to production readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, and Quality, to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Support the development and deployment of new technologies and products aligned with the company innovation roadmap.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Benchmarking competitors, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to support continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
Present project status, key milestones, and recommendations to management.
Support business development activities by providing technical expertise and market insights.
Profile:
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, Engineering, or Project Management.
Proven experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, budgets, and risks.
Good understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and automotive technologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Innovative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into practical solutions.
Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%.
