As an Oracle Database Administrator within the DBA team of our Pension & Wealth division, you ensure the availability and performance of Oracle test databases for EuroPort+. These systems support essential financial processes.

You work closely with Scrum teams and contribute to a stable, future-proof database environment where innovation, collaboration, and quality are key.

What you will do as an Oracle Database Administrator

You will:

• Ensure the availability of Oracle test databases
• Assess the impact of database changes on the data model
• Maintain and improve scripts for database changes
• Upgrade to higher Oracle versions and install databases on new servers
• Advise Scrum teams on database-related matters
• Incorporate data model changes into SQL scripts for patches and releases
• Troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning

What you bring as an Oracle Database Administrator

You have proven experience with Oracle databases and know how to optimise their performance. You are analytical, collaborative, and take initiative.

We'd appreciate if you have:

• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL
• Proficiency in Unix
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Sourcetree (Git), Jenkins, Toad, and SQL Developer
• Experience with data model management and impact analysis of database changes
• Strong teamwork and knowledge-sharing skills
• A solution-oriented attitude and decisive approach
• Curiosity and a focus on development and innovation
