The role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our central Strategy & M&A team. You will support our Business Groups and portfolio companies in driving initiatives that improve growth, profitability, and operational performance.
You will work closely with senior leaders across the group to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and drive strategic and operational projects from idea to implementation. In addition to supporting individual companies and Business Groups, the team plays an important role in identifying opportunities to drive scalable improvements across the Group. By developing frameworks, sharing best practices, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, the team helps accelerate value creation in a structured and efficient way.
Examples of projects include commercial strategy, pricing, growth initiatives, operational efficiency improvements, AI and digitalization, market expansion assessments, and other strategic priorities across the Group.
The role is based at our Stockholm office and involves travel to our companies when needed.

- Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with management teams to drive implementation and realize sustainable results
- Drive and scale high-impact initiatives across the Group to accelerate value creation and long-term performance improvements
- Collaborate with Business Groups and M&A teams on selected transaction-related initiatives, contributing commercial and strategic perspectives throughout the acquisition process and value creation initiatives post-acquisition
You have
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- ~2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects and deliver results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, in a fast-paced cross-border environment
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
Experience from industrial businesses, operational improvement projects, or commercial excellence is considered a merit. Also, experience from projects involving commercial due diligence, market assessments, performance improvement, or M&A-related analyses is considered an advantage.
