We are looking for a Factory Auditor (M/F/X) to join our team and support the execution of factory audits, ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Job Description
As a Factory Auditor, you will be responsible for:* Coordinating with factories to arrange audit requirements and schedules.
- Evaluating technical documentation, test reports, and quality records against local and international standards.
- Reviewing product labelling and marking requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conducting factory audits in accordance with TÜV Rheinland procedures and customer requirements.
- Recording audit findings and preparing detailed audit reports.
- Reviewing objective evidence provided by factories to demonstrate compliance.
- Presenting audit findings and discussing results with factory representatives.
- Collecting and submitting all required audit documentation to the technical review team.
- Supporting the implementation of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical activities, quality assurance, inspections, auditing, or related fields.
- Strong technical understanding and analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach.
- Professional English proficiency.
