Develop and maintain delivery plans based on priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies;
Coordinate Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile teams;
Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and corresponding corrective actions;
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate tracking and documentation in Jira and Confluence;
Coordinate releases, production deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release follow-up;
Lead the coordination of operational incidents, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive actions;
Manage the operations and RUN activities of the current Izly platform;
Lead Collect.Online migration activities, legacy system support, and application decommissioning;
Provide clear reporting on delivery status and escalate issues requiring management decisions;
Support continuous improvement across delivery, RUN activities, documentation, and team collaboration.

Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
Proven experience in IT delivery management, technical project management, or a similar coordination role;
Experience with software engineering teams in Agile environments;
Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases;
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders within a distributed organization;
Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or application migration will be considered an advantage;
Fluent in French;
Good knowledge of English;
communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to challenge unrealistic commitments and escalate risks in a timely manner.
