Your Mission
In this position, you will manage, coach and assist a motivated service team of Atlas Copco Rental in the Nordics. The role of the Regional Service supervisor is to use service -and product technical expertise & knowledge along with service and people management skills to efficiently manage and develop our rental service operations, working with clearly defined KPI’s. You report to the Regional Business Line Manager Nordics and can count on support from the Regional Operations Excellence Manager.

- You actively participate in the daily service work
- Optimize maintenance of our rental fleet and accessories
- Organize the service business in your region
- Daily planning and coordination of service jobs at the customer site in cooperation with departmental managers
- Plan and follow up maintenance and repairs in all workshops
- Provide technical support to technicians in your region and support customers remotely
- Follow up on ISO procedures regarding service in your region (workplace inspections, toolbox, …)
- Participate in centralized European quality & service meetings. You hold responsibility for the implementation of technical updates etc.

- Manage and follow up outsourced service jobs
- Enhance cooperation between countries in your region, organize support when needed
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; regular follow our internal e-learning programs, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
Additional responsibilities include:
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the agreed service KPIs within your region and ensuring the continuous development of your team by identifying training needs and coordinating appropriate training activities. You will oversee the development of local depot infrastructure and service tools through regular visits to regional depots, while actively maintaining and improving the work environment with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, quality, and operational efficiency. The role also includes proactive management of service parts and tool inventories, including certification requirements, and requires a high level of organizational capability and project ownership to support business objectives effectively. Knowledge and Skills
- We are looking for an experienced Service supervisor with proven service experience, preferably in an industrial B2B environment. A technical background is required.
- Good understanding on how to develop & optimize service operations
- Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, educate and influence
- Keep up to date knowledge of products, systems and service tools, have business thinking in mind, and understand financial implications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, local language a merit)
- Willingness to travel quite extensively within the region and from time to time to our HQ in Warsaw
