We are looking for an accomplished scientific grant writer/proposal manager to join our research team at Fortaegis. As a leader in security semiconductors with a strong focus on security technologies, we aim to secure competitive funding for innovative R&D projects.

Job requirements
- Education: PhD or Master's in Engineering, Bioengineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience: Demonstrated track record in writing successful grant proposals (EU H2020/HORIZON Europe, ESA, national programs)
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive technologies, security semiconductors, or related fields
- Skills: Exceptional scientific writing, project budgeting, consortium coordination, proposal management
Job responsibilities
- Identify and target funding opportunities across EU, national, and international programs
- Lead development of compelling technical proposals (work packages, innovation impact, implementation plans)
- Coordinate with internal R&D teams to articulate visions and technical approaches
- Manage grant consortia, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Stay current on emerging funding trends and program priorities
Additional information
