Mechanical Supervisor Wind Turbines (m/f/d)

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the quality, safety, and execution of mechanical installation activities during the construction and commissioning of wind turbines. Working closely with subcontractors and project teams, you will help ensure that all work is completed according to technical requirements, project specifications, and HSE standards. This role contributes directly to the successful delivery of wind energy projects.
YOUR TASKS
- Monitor compliance with HSE requirements on site and take appropriate action when deviations are identified
- Verify the quality and completeness of mechanical installation work in accordance with project specifications and procedures
- Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors involved in installation and finishing activities
- Perform site inspections, document construction activities, and prepare technical reports as aMechanical Supervisor
- Identify defects, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation with relevant stakeholders
- Participate in site meetings and conduct toolbox talks to support safe working practices
- Report missing, damaged, or defective components to site management to support project progress
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical vocational training in Mechatronics or as an Industrial Mechanic
- Alternatively, an equivalent qualification gained through extensive professional experience in the wind energy industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel without restrictions and to work at heights when required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driver's license and ability to work effectively in international project teams
