Clearwater is now looking for interns for H1 2027 (January–March and March–June)
Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 20 offices around the world. Our Swedish team consists of 40+ professionals and is continuing to grow rapidly. We are one of Sweden’s leading mid-market M&A advisers in terms of deal volume and expanded our Swedish presence with the opening of our Gothenburg office in spring 2024.
As an intern at Clearwater, you will become an integral part of the team and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of M&A activities. You will work closely with our deal teams and gain valuable insight into both the industry and the transaction process, while developing your analytical and professional skills.
Our internship program is one of our main recruitment channels for full-time positions. Your responsibilities will include supporting our analysts with company and market research, preparing presentation materials, and performing valuation and financial analysis.
