We are looking for a Platform Operations Engineer (Linux & DevOps) to join our team in a remote working environment. This role focuses on supporting and modernizing critical platforms, ensuring operational stability and reliability across Linux environments, containerized workloads and hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams on automation, observability and deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage Linux environments and ensure platform stability and performance
- Support and troubleshoot containerized workloads running on Docker and Podman
- Develop and maintain Bash automation to improve operational efficiency
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes
- Maintain monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions across the platform
- Collaborate with developers, architects and infrastructure teams on deployments, incident resolution and modernization initiatives
Requirements
- Strong Linux administration experience
- Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Podman
- Advanced Bash scripting expertise with the ability to read, analyze and develop complex scripts
- Experience working with AWS services and hybrid deployments across private and public cloud environments
- Basic networking knowledge, including troubleshooting network interfaces, routing and performance issues
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Ansible or equivalent solutions
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo or equivalent tools
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- English level C1 is mandatory
Nice to have
- Development experience with C# or Java
- Understanding of .NET or JVM runtimes and application management
- Knowledge of Linux CPU and memory management
- Experience migrating large-scale legacy systems
- Experience designing and building complex deployment pipelines
- Experience managing self-hosted tools and platforms
