THE TEAM

You will be part of the Spa team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with Spa Therapists, Receptionists, and the wider Spa & Wellness team. This role collaborates across departments to ensure our spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming and tranquil environment that reflects Rosewood's commitment to exceptional guest experiences and wellbeing.

OUR ROLE

As Spa Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a serene and luxurious environment for our guests. You will help ensure that all spa facilities, treatment areas, and relaxation spaces are impeccably maintained and presented.With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will contribute to memorable wellness experiences while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest care.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Ensure all spa facilities, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and treatment spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Prepare treatment rooms and wellness areas according to operational and brand standards
• Welcome guests to the spa and assist with facility orientation when required
• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the guest journey
• Maintain adequate stock levels of towels, amenities, refreshments, and spa supplies
• Support Spa Therapists and Spa Receptionists with daily operational requirements
• Monitor spa facilities throughout the day and promptly address cleanliness and maintenance needs
• Ensure guest comfort in all wellness and relaxation areas
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure facilities remain in excellent condition
• Support the delivery of a seamless and elevated guest experience across all spa touchpoints

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have previous experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or guest service environment, ideally within luxury hospitality
• You are passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
• You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You are service-oriented, proactive, and reliable
• You work well both independently and as part of a team
• You thrive in a guest-focused and fast-paced environment
• You are flexible and available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• You have good English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage
