About the company****Utopia is an ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand creating a global ecosystem of properties and experiences.
We develop private villa retreats in beautiful locations around the world, each with high-end service. Utopia also offers a wider ecosystem of leisure experiences and services available both to those staying on property and to external visitors.
Utopia designs and builds its properties in-house. Our team works across the full journey: from concept and architecture to construction, interiors, landscape, guest experience, and long-term operation. For architects and designers, this means working on properties from the ground up, with the ability to influence how each place is planned, built, and experienced. For hospitality professionals, it means joining a brand where service is personal, attentive, and built around each guest’s stay.
We’re a young, ambitious team with high standards and a hands-on approach. We value strong ideas, practical thinking, attention to detail, and people who are ready to take responsibility for their part of the work. If you’re interested in architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we invite you to grow with Utopia.
About the role Utopia's website is in the final stretch of preparation for launch, and we're looking for a Mid Web Designer to keep building it out — new sections, page updates, and visual assets — on an ongoing basis, so we're not depending on external agencies for every change. You'll work within the design system already established, keeping the site visually sharp and consistent as it goes live and grows.
Responsibilities* Design new website sections and page updates, working within Utopia's existing design system.
- Adapt layouts for new locations, experiences, and content formats as the site grows.
- Prepare visuals for articles, careers pages, announcements, and campaigns.
- Maintain visual consistency across the website as new content is added.
- Build responsive layouts that hold up across devices.
- Propose and implement UI improvements based on how the site is actually being used.
- Update and manage website content directly in the CMS.
- Keep the brand's visual presentation fresh over time, without straying from its established language.
Requirements* Strong UI/UX design skills, with a portfolio showing live website work.
- Experience designing for premium or luxury digital brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, plus confident use of AI-powered tools for visual research, image generation, asset adaptation, and production.
- Proven ability to work within an existing design system without diluting it.
- Experience updating and managing content in a CMS.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or high-end real estate brands.
What we offer* Remote, part-time, within CIS time zones. Flexible enough to fit around your schedule, with a clear rhythm for check-ins with the team.
- A design system already in place. You'll build on the visual language and structure established at launch, rather than starting from a blank page.
- See your work go live fast. No lengthy agency handoff cycles — what you design ships to a real, ultra-luxury website.
- A team that spans 30+ countries. Designers, architects, and hospitality professionals from every corner of the world, working to the same standards, the same bar for quality.
