About the role:
What will you do:
You bring structure to international development processes and ensure that all parties involved know what is expected of them. Specifically, this means that:
- You support the Business Development Managers in the development of new holiday parks, expansions and contract extensions within your region.
- You keep the development pipeline up to date and monitor the progress, actions, deadlines and decision-making milestones of several projects at the same time.
- You collect, analyse and structure project information, commercial principles, reports and schedules.
- You coordinate with internal colleagues from departments including Legal, Finance, Operations, Revenue and Marketing, ensuring they are involved at the right time.
- You prepare commercial proposals, presentations, decision-making processes and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Based on existing contract templates, you translate agreed project arrangements into draft agreements and coordinate these with the Business Development Manager and Legal.
- You ensure that documentation, versions, approvals and agreements are recorded completely and accurately.
- You identify opportunities, risks and bottlenecks and discuss them with the Business Development Manager in a timely manner.
- After signing, you coordinate a careful handover of the project to the relevant internal teams.
- You are willing to travel occasionally to a project within your region.
Your primary work location will be Amsterdam, Trier or remote within the Berlin region. Partial working from home is possible. For a full-time working week, we expect you to work in the office at least three days per week. You will occasionally travel to a project within your region for meetings or to monitor progress on-site.
This is you:
You are highly organised and can easily switch between different projects, stakeholders and tasks. You maintain an overview, work carefully and know how to find the right people to move things forward. In addition, you bring the following:
- A higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- One to four years of relevant work experience, preferably in a commercial, legal, real estate or international environment.
- Excellent command of German, both spoken and written. This is a requirement for this position.
- A good command of English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating projects, contracts or complex administrative processes.
- You work accurately and in a structured manner, maintain an overview and keep deadlines in mind.
- You are proactive and independent, and can easily set priorities when several projects require attention at the same time.
- You communicate clearly and easily establish contact with both internal colleagues and external partners.
- You handle confidential commercial and contractual information with care.
