Join an expanding international project in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Payment Support Consultant. Based on-site in a high-tech corporate office, this full-time role (40 hours per week) supports a high-profile FinTech client serving the French business sector. As a main point of contact, you will manage corporate client relationships, resolve system inquiries, and optimize user engagement with modern payment systems. Fully paid professional training is provided from day one, so prior financial or technical experience is not required. Candidates must hold fluent written and spoken French skills (C1 or higher) alongside B2 English proficiency for internal systems and team collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Furnish tailored assistance to enterprise accounts through telephone, email, and real-time messaging concerning digital transaction tools.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical hurdles, transaction processing bugs, and profile entry questions.
- Clear Communication: Simplify complicated engineering and monetary processes into easily understandable French for commercial consumers.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Tier-2 engineering experts to oversee escalations and secure fast fixes.
- Record Keeping: Document all consumer engagements accurately in both French and English across internal project platforms.
