Posizione:

Liu Jo is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Store in Wien on a part-time contract of 30 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will play an active role in delivering an excellent and personalized customer experience, while also supporting the visual presentation and overall image of the store in line with Liu Jo’s brand identity and visual merchandising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience;
• Provide excellent customer service and actively support sales activities;
• Recommend products according to customers' needs, highlighting their features and benefits;
• Maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge;
• Support the visual presentation of the store, contributing to store set-ups, product displays and visual updates in line with Liu Jo’s brand identity and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards;
• Support stock management activities, including receiving deliveries and organizing merchandise;
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requisiti:

• Previous retail experience is a plus;
• Strong customer service and communication skills;
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail;
• Strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail and interest in styling and store presentation;
• Ability to apply visual guidelines into effective and appealing product displays;
• Availability to work on weekends and according to the store’s shift schedule;
• Team-player attitude and proactive approach.

Gross Salary Range: EUR 25k/yr - 30 k/yr
